The Employee Advocates at Winston Law Group, P.C. represent employees throughout California in a wide range of employment-related legal matters. Our firm was founded by attorney David S. Winston, who represented employees and employers (including Walmart) in legal matters prior to starting the firm.

His experience as a defense attorney now benefits our clients – who are employees – as Mr. Winston understands the complexities of both sides of these cases. We know how to prepare each case and tackle obstacles that may arise in the legal process.
